Orders & Payment
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We cover the shipping costs. Standard shipping is free , regardless of your order size.
In a hurry? You can choose Priority Shipping (€2.95) at checkout for faster processing.
Can I cancel my order?
Because we work with an automated system, orders are forwarded directly to our supplier to keep delivery times as short as possible.

- Has the package already been processed? Unfortunately, we can no longer stop the shipment.
Dispatch
What is the cut-off time for an order to be processed the same business day?
Orders placed on weekdays (Mon-Fri) before 11:00 PM are usually processed the same day. This ensures your package arrives as quickly as possible.
How long does delivery take?
Below you can see the total delivery time: from the moment of ordering to your front door.

Are there any additional costs (Customs)?
No. The price you see in the shop is the total price including VAT. We cover any import duties. You won't have to pay anything extra at the door.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Absolutely. As soon as your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will immediately receive an email with your personal Track & Trace code.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return items within 30 days of receipt.
The condition is that the items are unused, unwashed and undamaged and contain the original labels.
Who pays the return costs?
- Defective or incorrectly delivered? We'll resolve this for you free of charge (reshipment or refund).
- Not satisfied? In this case, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. View our full returns policy for details.
Which items are not eligible for return?
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of swimwear, lingerie, earrings or cosmetics if the seal has been broken.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the amount within 5 working days .
